Catering & Hospitality Resourcer

We are looking for a motivated and organised Catering & Hospitality Resourcer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in recruitment.

You will be working closely with an experienced recruiter, helping to source and manage candidates for a variety of catering and hospitality roles.

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Hours:

* Monday to Friday

* Location-Staines

* 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

* Office-based, 5 days per week

Duties include:

* Sourcing and recruiting candidates for catering and hospitality roles, including:

* Chefs

* Kitchen Assistants

* Kitchen Porters

* Catering Assistants

* Event Staff

* Speaking with candidates on a daily basis.

* Managing the candidate registration process.

* Making outbound calls and sending emails.

* Booking candidates into shifts.

* Updating candidate records and tracking applications.

* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment team.

* Assisting with the smooth running of the office.

What we're looking for:

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Confident speaking with people over the phone.

* Previous recruitment, resourcing, administration, customer service, or hospitality experience is desirable.

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
