Office Based working between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Need weekend working flexibility.

Pertemps are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and play a key role in helping us find and attract the right candidates for our seasonal mail sorting campaign.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills and is looking to develop a career within recruitment.

The Role:

Sourcing candidates through job adverts, candidate referral, and job boards.

Telephone screening candidate calls.

Meeting candidates face to face to obtain identification.

Verification of documents to begin the vetting process.

Building strong candidate relationships.

Working towards recruitment targets and deadlines.

About You:

Friendly, confident and professional.

A strong communicator with good telephone skills.

Organised and able to multitask.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Confident using computers and Microsoft Office.
