Key Responsibilities

As a Night Chef, you will:

Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality meals

Support the smooth running of the kitchen

Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety

Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation

Ensure meals are prepared and presented to a high standard

Work independently and take responsibility for the kitchen when required

What we're looking for

To be successful as a Night Chef, you'll need:

Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role

Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety

The ability to work independently and manage a busy kitchen

A reliable and professional approach

Good organisation and communication skills

Flexibility to provide occasional weekend cover during holidays
