Location: South West England (Travel Required)

Salary: Competitive Pay + Paid Travel + Ongoing Training

Duration: Ongoing rolling rots of a minimum of 1 week placement

We're looking for compassionate, dedicated Live-in Carers to join our growing team, supporting people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in the place they love most – their own home.

This is an incredibly rewarding role where you'll build meaningful relationships, provide reassurance to clients and their families, and make a genuine difference every day.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Live-in Carer, you'll live in the client's home during your placement, providing personalised support that promotes independence, dignity and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities may include:

* Providing personal care with dignity and respect

* Assisting with medication prompts or administration (where trained)

* Preparing nutritious meals and encouraging hydration

* Offering companionship and emotional support

* Supporting clients with daily routines and maintaining independence

* Light household duties, including cleaning, laundry and shopping

* Accompanying clients to appointments or social activities

* Keeping accurate daily care records using digital care systems

* Communicating effectively with families and the wider care team

What We're Looking For

We're looking for caring, reliable individuals who are passionate about helping xjnqpsq others.

You'll ideally have:

* Previous experience in a care or support role (live-in experience is desirable but not essential)

* A compassionate, patient and professional approach

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* The ability to work independently and adapt to individual client needs

* A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

* Flexibility to work across the South West

* A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential

* The right to work in the UK
