Your new role

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.

Advertise vacancies across a range of channels, including LinkedIn and online job boards.

Source, screen and shortlist candidates for a variety of business-critical roles.

Conduct initial candidate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.

Produce recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous recruitment experience, ideally within an in-house recruitment or talent acquisition function.

Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Experience using LinkedIn, job boards and applicant tracking systems.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of HR processes and recruitment best practice.

Experience within the construction, property or infrastructure sectors would be advantageous.
