You'll play a key role in developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and connecting businesses with reliable temporary workers across the industrial sector.

Responsibilities in your new role as a Recruitment Consultant

This fast-paced, high-volume temporary recruitment role is set in a supportive, creative, and collaborative team culture. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Developing new business through proactive client outreach and relationship building

* Managing and growing relationships with existing clients

* Advertising roles and sourcing candidates through multiple channels

* Screening, interviewing and matching candidates to suitable opportunities

* Managing the recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement

* Building a strong pipeline of candidates and maintaining regular communication

* Ensuring candidate compliance and maintaining accurate CRM records

* Working towards and exceeding individual sales and placement targets

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for someone driven, confident, and commercially focused who thrives in a busy, sales-focused environment. Your experience and qualifications should include:

* Previous sales experience is essential, whether gained in recruitment, property, automotive sales or another target-driven sales environment

* Confidence making outbound calls and generating new business

* Strong relationship-building, communication, and organisational abilities

* A proactive and motivated attitude
