General Manager South West London Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + bonus
We are recruiting an experienced General Manager to lead a high-energy, hospitality venue in South West London.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a commercially minded GM who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build strong teams, deliver great guest experiences, and drive sales performance.
The Role:Full responsibility for day-to-day operations
Leading, developing and retaining a large management and front-of-house team
Driving sales, profit, and guest satisfaction
Managing labour, rotas, and cost control
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and licensing standards
Creating a positive, high-performance culture on site
About You:Proven experience as a General Manager in a busy, wet-led or high-volume venue
Strong leadership and people management skills
Commercially astute with solid P&L understanding
Confident managing large teams and high footfall
Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident GM looking to take ownership of a dynamic site with real autonomy.
