Description
General Manager - Premium Foodie Pub Location: Leatherhead (MUST Drive) Salary: Up to £47,000 including tronc
We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused General Manager to lead a popular, high-volume pub in the Surrey countryside. This is a well-established destination venue with strong weekend covers, a loyal local crowd, and a reputation for great food, great service, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.
You'll be the face of the pub - driving service standards, leading and developing your team, and ensuring smooth, confident operations even during the busiest shifts. This is an ideal role for an operator who thrives in a lively environment and enjoys being on the floor, not just in the office.
What's on offer: * Up to £47,000 including tronc * Lead an established and engaged team * Supportive, quality-led hospitality group * A thriving, consistently busy venue with room to grow further * A role that balances guest experience, service leadership, and business performance
What we're looking for: * Proven experience as a GM or Senior AGM in a high-volume pub/restaurant environment * A confident, positive leader who brings out the best in their team * Strong organisational and communication skills * Calm, solutions-focused, and guest experience driven * Able to commute reliably - driving is essential due to the location
If you're an energetic, experienced operator who loves creating a great atmosphere and leading from the front, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a well-loved pub with plenty of momentum.
