We are seeking a talented and personable Front of House Team Member to join our highly regarded fine dining restaurant, led by an acclaimed and award-winning chef. The Role

Responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and hosting guests with warmth, professionalism and confidenceGuiding diners through our tasting menu and sharing the story behind the dishes, ingredients and philosophy of the restaurantDelivering attentive and knowledgeable table service throughout the guest experienceSupporting wine and beverage serviceAssisting behind the bar, preparing drinks and ensuring smooth service operationsBuilding genuine rapport with guests and creating memorable dining experiencesMaintaining impeccable dining room standards and attention to detailWorking closely with the kitchen and chef team to ensure seamless serviceAbout You

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in restaurant, hospitality or fine dining environmentsPossesses excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIs naturally warm, engaging and confident with guestsHas a genuine interest in food, drink and hospitalityEnjoys learning and can confidently explain complex menus and conceptsThrives in a small team environment where flexibility and teamwork are essentialTakes pride in delivering service at the highest levelRemains calm, organised and professional during busy service periodsWhat We Offer
