Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday

About the RoleWe are recruiting for a Front of House Assistant for one of our clients Caf 's in Buckfastleigh. This is an excellent opportunity to join a popular caf known for its welcoming atmosphere, quality food, and outstanding customer service.

Working within a busy caf environment, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling orders and payments, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customers enjoy a positive dining experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesGreeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional mannerTaking food and drink orders and processing paymentsPreparing and serving hot and cold beveragesMaintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the caf Supporting the kitchen and front of house team during busy service periods

About You

Essential:

Previous customer service experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA positive, friendly and professional attitudeAbility to work efficiently in a busy environment

Desirable:

Previous caf , restaurant or hospitality experienceBarista or beverage preparation experienceExperience using till or EPOS systems
