We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an established business travel organisation, offering a flexi-hybrid working model from their Warwick office. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Dutch speaking business travel professional who enjoys working with corporate clients, handling complex travel requirements and using their industry knowledge to find the best travel solutions.

The Role

As a Dutch Speaking Business Travel Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing travel requests from corporate clients from enquiry through to ticketing and completion.

Handling business travel enquiries and reservations in line with individual client travel policiesProviding knowledgeable advice and suitable travel optionsMaking and managing air, rail, hotel and other travel arrangementsProcessing e-tickets and travel documentationHandling fares, ticketing, changes and amendmentsManaging refunds and cancellationsMonitoring and actioning queuesEnsuring tickets are issued within required deadlinesProviding accurate itinerary and fare informationBuilding and maintaining accurate traveller profilesResearching itineraries and identifying cost-effective travel optionsArranging additional services including hotels, car hire, transfers and parkingResponding to online and email enquiriesBuilding strong relationships with clients and delivering consistently high levels of service

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous Business Travel Consultant experienceExcellent knowledge of fares and ticketingGDS experience - Sabre experience would be highly desirableThe ability to manage multiple requests and prioritise effectivelyExperience working to strict deadlinesA calm and professional approach under pressureREQUIRED - DUTCH NATIVE SPEAKINGIdeally, you'll have around 2 years' experience in a Business Travel environment, although relevant experience and strong GDS/ticketing knowledge will also be considered.
