Customer Service Representative ( Inbound )

12.71 per hour weekly pay

Monday to Friday 10.00 to 15.00 with flexibility

Immediate start

Based in Southampton

My client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to manage the following :

Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally

Proving accurate information regarding the services

Resolve any customer issues

Document customer interactions and feedback

Process payments

Order processing and tracking

To be successful in this role you will require :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Able to work flexible hours to cover holiday and sickness

Good attention to detail

Experience using customer service software and Microsoft Office

Good problem solving skills
