Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Cullompton

Pay Rate: £14.57 Per Hour

Hours: 16:30 – 03:30, Monday – Thursday

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our client in Cullompton. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established and growing business.

The Role:

Supervising and supporting a team of cleaners across the site

Ensuring production areas, offices and communal spaces are cleaned to a high standard

Allocating cleaning duties and ensuring tasks are completed effectively

Carrying out regular checks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Sweeping, mopping and sanitising work areas

Emptying bins and ensuring waste is disposed of safely

Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies where required

Ensuring cleaning equipment is used correctly and maintained

Supporting the team with cleaning duties when required

Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times

Reporting any issues or maintenance requirements to the appropriate person

The Candidate:

Previous cleaning experience is essential, ideally with some supervisory or team-leading experience

Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness

Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

Confident supervising and supporting a small team

Positive attitude xjnqpsq and strong work ethic

Good communication skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
