Pay Rate: £16.35 per hour

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our busy kitchen team for a hospitality and catering company in Hounslow, West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality food

Shift Pattern

5 days on, 2 days off

Flexible working days, including weekends

Early and late shifts on a rota basisKey Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to company standards.

Manage your designated section efficiently during service.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety.

Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

Work effectively as part of a busy, professional kitchen team.Essential Requirements

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) or in a similar role.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Flexibility to work early, late, and weekend shifts.

Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable).

Must be able to provide an HMRC Employment History Letter and 5 years of checkable employment history.

Must be able to obtain or hold a DBS check.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a practical chef assessment as part of the recruitment process.What We Offer
