Entry-Level Opportunity for Ex-Athletes

Location: Fenchurch Street, London

Salary: £28,600 + uncapped commission

Type: Full-time, Permanent

We’re looking for ambitious ex-athletes to join our Medical Technology & Engineering Recruitment team as Recruitment Consultants.

No recruitment experience is required. We’ll provide the training, tools and coaching — you bring the mentality.

Recruitment is fast-paced, target-driven and relationship-focused. You’ll connect talented professionals with innovative companies across the medical technology and engineering sectors, while developing your own specialist market expertise.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

* Building relationships with candidates and clients across medical technology and engineering.

* Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates.

* Developing your own network within your specialist market.

* Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

* Understanding clients’ hiring needs and delivering the right talent.

* Negotiating salaries and managing offers.

* Developing new business opportunities.

* Working towards individual and team targets.

* Becoming a specialist within your chosen market.
