Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a small collection of family-run hotels in Suffolk and we have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen team at this award winning 4-star hotel nestled in the heart of Suffolk's stunning coastline.

Part of a small group of family run hotels, we are currently working with an award-winning 4-star hotel, country club, and spa on the Suffolk coast - just a few minutes walk from the beach - that offers diners a range of delicious classic dishes in the main restaurant and bar area.
Live in staff accommodation is available.
What's involved?
As the hotel's Breakfast Chef, you'll take pride in crafting high-quality, plated breakfast dishes for an average of 50 covers each morning. Working from 6am until 3pm, you will work as part of a friendly and professional team, playing a key role in delivering a memorable guest experience every morning, and ensuring the breakfast service runs smoothly.
After breakfast service is complete and your prep work is done, you'll assist the team with lunch service.
If you're someone who thrives in a busy kitchen, can work independently, and takes immense pride in every dish, then this could be the role for you.
