Experienced Bartender required for the bar within a prestigious hotel, located in the picturesque and historic town of Rye, East Sussex.

About the role:

This Bartender role offers the opportunity to work within a busy hotel bar, within a wider Food & Beverage team. The pub area, serves Sussex ales, draught cider, and continental beers. There s also a wide selection of wines by the glass and a healthy representation from local English vineyards. Cocktails and nibbles are also served.

Who we re looking for:

Previous hotel, bar or hospitality experience, including cocktail service Have a genuine passion for food and drink Team player who communicates well with all colleagues Punctual, reliable and trustworthy Sense of urgency Can do attitude Key Responsibilities:

Provide a friendly and professional bar service to hotel guests Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages and drinks Assist with food service within the bar area when required Support the wider Food & Beverage team during busy periods Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service Deliver an efficient and welcoming guest experience

Location:

This small town has good transport links including bus and train services
