Description
Assistant General Manager - Premium High-Volume All-Day Restaurant Location: Central London Salary: Up to £50,000
A leading, high-volume all-day restaurant in Central London is looking for an energetic and driven Assistant General Manager to join its senior team. This is a premium operation with a fast pace, exceptional service standards, and a reputation for delivering quality from breakfast through to evening dining.
You'll be supporting a highly structured, black-and-white style General Manager - so we're seeking someone with confidence, personality, and a bit of edge. Someone who can bring ideas to the table, be proactive, and balance strong operational discipline with creativity and warmth on the floor.
What's on offer: * Salary up to £50,000 * High-profile, design-led all-day venue * Significant responsibility within a well-structured team * Clear progression opportunities in a respected, growing group * Fast-paced, dynamic environment for someone who loves volume
We're looking for: * A proven AGM or a strong Manager ready to step up * Experience in high-volume, premium hospitality * Energetic leadership style with genuine passion for service * Someone confident, proactive, and full of ideas * A steady hand under pressure with excellent people skills * Ability to work alongside - and complement - a very structured GM
If you thrive in high-energy environments and want to make an impact in one of Central London's busiest and most exciting all-day restaurants, we'd love to speak with you.
