Our client is looking for an experienced HR Administrator

Expectation of 2/3 days working in the office

Applicants must have current experience of conducting pre-employment checks and managing DBS renewal processes. The role also requires attendance at Colindale and the Depot office 2-3 days per week.

Overseeing HR transactions in relation to Recruitment, HR Admin and Payroll functions, ensuring fast and safe delivery.

Deliver a professional and high-quality HR transactional service to managers and staff across the Council, addressing and resolving HR queries effectively

This Includes facilitating pre-employment checks, ongoing employment related monitoring and adherence to workforce safeguards.

Work in directly partnership with the Resource Officers, Payroll and HRBP’s and Directorates to ensure Barnet workforce needs are met, whilst delivering a professional service. xjnqpsq
