2003 Honda Civic 1.6 SE Executive - 60.5K miles - MOT to August 2027

This was my first car and we've had a great time together over the past 2 years.

A very reliable car with many years left in it. It starts fine and drives very well with no issues.

During the last MOT the mechanic said that one of the front springs could do with replacing at some point due to some slight rust on the spring, he advised that it's fine to drive but to just take it easy on the speed bumps! :D I didn't get around to replacing the spring myself, as there is still some life left in it - but it should be a cheap fix when the time comes.
Another thing he pointed out was that the breakpipes are covered with some sort of protective/anti-rust coating from the previous owner, but that they are fine otherwise - he just had to mention it.

So yeah, honestly a good road worthy car and I'm sad to have to get rid of it.
The reason I am selling is because I've recently purchased a small van that I'm converting into a camper and I can't afford to be paying for 2 road tax & insurance :(

Because this car is the "executive" version of the 2003 Honda Civic, this means that it comes with a few premium features that aren't found on the default version ;)

To list a few of my personal favourites:
- Heated front seats (Game changer during the colder months)
- Full leather seats and a leather steering wheel
- Rear centre armrest
- Electric tilt/slide sunroof (My personal favourite feature)

In short, it's the spec to have - leather and heated seats on a car of this age and mileage is unusual, and the interior has held up extremely well.

MOT:

Fresh MOT passed 4 August 2026, valid until 6 August 2027. Full MOT history online back to 2006 with consistent mileage and no gaps.

Condition:

Very good inside and out. Leather is in good order, the cabin is clean and undamaged, bodywork is tidy for the age (a few minor scratches/dents - adds a bit of character), and the car just had a good exterior wash and interior clean + hover.
