July 2025: Tie rod ends & anti-roll bar replaced

Dec 2025: New battery
Wind deflectors
Performance exhaust (believed to be Cobra) installed prior to ownership (best sounding FN2!)
15mm/20mm spacers front/rear
Premium Pirelli tyres all around with excellent tread
In my opinion the best alloys for this car 19” Rage (could use refurb)
Always run on 97/99 octane fuel
Driving & Performance
Pulls very well, smooth and strong VTEC response
Gearbox and clutch excellent
Suspension and brakes perform perfectly
No warning lights, engine runs smoothly
Future classic – a genuine pleasure to own and drive
Interior
Clean and well-kept
Normal wear on driver’s seat bolster (no rips or tears)
Everything works as it should
Known Issues
Rear light bar condensation (common issue, no boot leaks)
Aircon not working during current ownership
Some dull paint areas on rear quarter, stone chips typical for age
Alloys need refurb

Good clean example, any inspection welcome. Sale due to new car purchase
No traders unless paying asking price. No part exchange. No remote buyers or third-party collections – sale in person only
