Honda Cb125r, 2021, 1200 miles from new. Ready for the summer

I am selling my wifes Honda CB125r and yes she knows about it. MOT to 1st Sept 2026.
Bought from Two-Wheels Edinburgh in 2021
It's a 2021 version so the higher power one.
I has been properly ran in, 640 miles worth.
Full tank for fuel with bike plus I have some chain lube for it.
I service it myself, it has a mesh oil filter so good for 12,000 miles if looked after with proper oil changes. Genuine oil used for its service.
The bikes mileage is genuine, it has never been left outside, either stored in our 30ft shed or our van.
It has a power band, all 15hp giving it laldy about 7000rpm.
I have a vid of it running with my 20st on it going to Aberfoyle last year, I held it back.

I have added heated grips, the good ones to it...nightmare of a fit but they work great.
I also added an R&G rad cover and rear bobbins which go through the rear wheel spindle, clever stuff!.
Proper Givi front crash bars fitted too, slight mark on one of then, I dropped the bar while fitting it, only slight.
I will give you the rear paddock stand too as it only has a side stand.
