1999 JDM Honda C90 Custom with electric start

When Messrs. Honda and Fujisawa first came up with the design for the all-conquering Super Cub, one of the key design features was that it was as simple as possible - hence no kick start. At some point, however, they succumbed to pressure and created this, the C90 Custom. The "Custom" is the name the Japanese call the square headlight Super Cubs and, other than the shape of the lights, the key difference is that they have electric start as well as kick start.

The compression on a Cub is very low so for most riders most of the time electric start is not really necessary. However, if you have any kind of mobility issue, or if you're just tired and it's raining, having it as an option can be a benefit.

This is a classic Cub from 1999 - so 26 years ago. It comes in a lovely rich blue with tan and blue pinstripe decals below the seat and raised silver decals on the side covers. It has front and rear racks, an exhaust guard and rear pegs. The condition is excellent.

This bike has been put through the NOVA system. The bike has been fully UK registered, this includes the Dating Certificate, MOT, Registration, UK log book and age related number plate.

A deposit of 30% will secure the bike, we would not ask for further payment until the bike is ready for collection or delivery. Once the deposit is received we will do a PDI check, re-MOT if the MOT has less than 6 months to run and valet the bike. If the customer cancels the sale we will refund 50% of the deposit. Road tax & insurance are your responsibility as the new keeper. Viewings welcome.
