1981 Honda CB 250 Superdream
Registered historic so Tax, MOT and ULEZ exempt
It's not going to win any show and shine competitions but it runs and rides well.
The previous owner suggested there was a good chance it had been upgraded to a 400cc superdream engine in the past. The fact that it's still pulling strong at 85mph suggests that is probably true.
I used this regularly to go to work and back up till November last year, £50 a year to insure, great mpg and and tax / MOT exempt. Was basically free motoring! Unfortunately a nasty wrist injury means I won't be able to ride again for at least a year. Rather than it sit and deteriorate I'd rather it went to pastures new.
It's 45 years old and £895. please don't turn up expecting a showroom bike. That it is not. However a ride away, classic bargain.
