I'm leaving Uk and going back to my home country, in the process I want someone to take over my tenancy contract for the property Student roost Sheffield 3.

The accomodation provides an on site gym, laundry room, library, gaming room, 24/7 help desk.

Close to both the univerities (sheffield hallam/university of sheffield)
A big park
10 min walk to city center

My room is an ensuite silver plus and is located at a very peaceful side. The room is fully furnished and provides Hot/cold water, heater, high speed streaming wifi and a shared kitchen.

Accomodation provides with basic ammenities such as Oven, Microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerater. The kitchen is fully furnished aswell with dinning table and sofas with all the cleaning equipment such as a vaccum cleaner.

I have some of my own stuff such as an air fryer, cooking utensils, a mixer, mini induction which I will give it to whoever takes over my tenancy contract as a token of appriciation

Rent : 107 pounds a week
contract till the month of june (extendable if required)
