I’m looking to swap my 1 bedroom flat for your 1 or 2 bedroom house, flat ( with balcony), bungalow. I’m looking to move as want something different. My living room and bedroom newly decorated with new carpet. Hallway has been painted. Bathroom got decorated a few years ago. The Areas I’m looking for are Wanstead, Stratford, snersbrook, Hornchurch that are near a station. May consider other areas.
My flat is in a great location 5 minute walk to station and town. Barking has fantastic transport c2c ( runs to London fenchurch street, Southend, lakeside ) district line, Hammersmith and city line and over head. Buses near by is 5, EL1, EL2, EL3, 238, 366, 368, 287 and SL2 superloop. In barking there’s a large Asda and Tescos, Lidl, B&M, savers, Poundland, Greggs, mc ds, KFC, Nando’s, post office.
