I am looking for a swap with someone else living in a one bedroom council tax property as the flat and area doesn't suit me anymore and I need change.
Please get in touch if you're in a similar situation, depending on location open to offers outside Edinburgh City as well, yet I would prefer to stay in the city but different area.
Priority for me is a quiet environment/building, this area is more suitable for local people with strong sense of community.
The flat I stay in is old yet very decent size.
Date available is provisional, happy to negotiate the details.
