Home swap advert – London and surrounding areas
I am looking to swap my 2-bedroom flat for a 3-bedroom home, as it is no longer suitable for my family due to having three children.
Property features:
• Two balconies, front and rear
• Spacious and practical balcony off the living room
• New, modern, and functional kitchen units
• Full wall-to-wall fitted wardrobes
• Clean, well maintained, and in very good condition
• Close to station, bus stops, and shopping centres
Preferred areas:
• Waltham Cross
• Cheshunt
• Broxbourne
However, this is not limited to these areas. Any clean and decent area in London or surrounding areas will be considered.
The property is very nice and practical, but it is too small for my family, which is why I am looking to move.
