Description
**This is a 'home exchange' only.** My social housing property for your social housing property.
Two bed, spacious, G/F Maisonette. Own, personal, fenced in & paved front garden.
Own front door & a porch. Off-road parking.
Very quiet cul-de-sac.
Looks like semi house from outside. Almost everything new inside, bathroom, kitchen, carpets, decor & more.
Very large, grassed rear communal garden (never gets used).
My preference is moving to South Wales, but will consider all other areas. Looking for 2 bed bungalow, or 2 bed house.
Bordering picturesque Staffordshire.
All within walking distance, to the left, canal walks. Straight ahead, gorgeous nature park. To the right, a Supermarket & several other useful shops. Will also find that there are many buses going in different directions by the shops.
Wolverhampton City Centre. (10-15 mins by car).
My personal favourite, Bilston. A gorgeous market town with free parking. (20 mins by car).
Staffordshire town centre. (30 mins by car).
Birmingham City Centre, where every Xmas they have the famous German Market. Plus many other attractions. (30-40 mins, by car).
There is also great attractions and many things to so, Drayton Manor, West Midlands Safari Park, Sea Life, Art Gallerys, Museums & so much more!
