Hi all,

I have a one bedroom first floor split level Victorian property for mutual exchange.

It’s a council property with maintenance support by partners for improvement Islington.

It features:

1st floor - one set of steps to a shared doorway with one other flat that is directly beneath. Then there are one set of steps onto the first floor of the property after entering the doorway which leads to the kitchen, a small hallway and then the bathroom.

The second floor features a large living room and a medium sized bedroom. The property features large windows which allow for a lot of light to enter.

There is a small communal garden at the front where bins are kept and collected regularly.

There is also an attic which is accessible via a ladder (the council would need to approve first as previously they have said it’s uninhabitable and shouldn’t be used).

The property is located near to several parks (Newington green and Clissold park) and Canonbury station is a short walk away as are electric assist bicycles and busses for easy transport into other parts of London.

The street features similar properties with local amenities within a short walk including an off licence and other supermarkets.

I’m looking for a property for a quieter atmosphere as here there are several shared walls which make privacy (when home a lot) difficult.

It’s a great property and with decorating could be even greater. There is also parking at the front of the property alongside electric charging points and a bicycle hangar.

I’m looking for serious swappers only please no high rises and ideally ground floor but I’m open to offers, I’d happily swap for a detached property anywhere in the uk with outdoor space.
