Here I have this beautiful new build flat, only got the keys in January last year, everything is a blank canvas except from the bathroom (got a bit carried away) happy to paint white again :)

All flooring is fresh and was put in in February last year, I’m a very strict no shoes in the house so carpets and flooring is pristine - very well cared for flat-

Big hall cupboard for storage which I’ve fitted with shelf’s in it, bedrooms both have large walk in wardrobes

1 master bedroom
And one slightly smaller bedroom (still large)

Perfect wee house for a couple and children (small family)

Or a adult and a child

I don’t mind a house in bad condition, I’m looking to be able to decorate and make my own anyway:)

Animals are allowed, you’d need to move in and then ask for a pet form which basically just lets them know to expect normal wear and tear from animals

Very spacious, 2 bedrooms lovely neighbours
Huge pantry styled cupboard in kitchen, kitchen is large, loads of storage for all cooking bits ect

1st floor, not ground (very minimal steps) quiet neighbours,

Child’s park behind the property, shops a 5 minuite walk, the gyle is a 5 minute drive away

Looking for a flat/ four in a block or a house, 2 bedrooms only, maybe 3, back garden would be nice but not necessary, open to all areas, ready to move whenever :)
