Hi I have a 2 bedroom modern ground floor flat in Perry Barr athletics village b422hd. The flat has its own back garden space, large size living room with laminate flooring with studio kitchen and a bathroom, kitchen comes with extractor fan over and hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher, in the hallway is a small utility cupboard with a washing machine and boiler (small storage area) all appliances have come as a gift from bcc and are our responsibility to repair if they break down, two decent size bedroom with one being a onsuit bathroom. Rent is £630pm and council tax band b. Utility is on grain for internet and octopus for electric NO gas supply here. Seven Trent for water. Near loads of shops like one stop shopping centre train station schools and gps. NO PARKING HERE which’s my issue I need parking due to mobility reasons. I am looking for a modern house similar to mine any where near hodgehill and 5miles there to be closer to my family and children.
