I live in a two-bedroom council flat on the 6th floor with a spacious living room and a separate, newly renovated kitchen featuring a built-in oven and gas cooker. The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower head, and the toilet is separate. Both bedrooms are a good size with built-in wardrobes. While I don’t have a garden, I do have a decent balcony. The building has a lift—no stairs inside my home.

Located in the heart of Upton Park, it’s just a 5-minute walk to Upton Park Station and nearby bus routes. Tesco and Iceland are within 10 minutes walk. The area is packed with schools, a park right downstairs, and secure gated parking for residents only.

I'm currently looking to swap for a 3 to 4-bedroom house no flats in the Newham area Ideally. While Newham is my first choice, I'm also open to nearby areas if the property is a good fit.
