Yes, message me if a modern flat in 1994 extension to Regency terrace is of interest; adjoining convenient Seven Dials neighbourhood of Brighton - with walled garden, quiet neighbours and many amenities.
I’m open regarding the possibility of multiswap insofar as benefitting everyone and achieving what each of us wants.

This home is well described as at Lower Ground Floor level. The sloping Sussex downland setting makes for differing ground levels either side of the building. There are about 10 steps down to the entrance I use. The flat and wrap-around garden, though, are at ground-floor level.

It’s located conveniently for beach, train station, green spaces including St. Ann's Well Gardens - and much more.

I get asked about the garden, which provides plenty of opportunity to make of it what you will. In theory it also offers laundry drying for two neighbouring homes via shared access door, though has only ever been utilised by one... that has a sweet little dog – and over the years I’ve planted it up.

We’re having periodic building-facade redecoration done to this particular building just now. The landlord, Clarion Housing, shows willingness to upgrade kitchens and bathrooms here, though I like mine just fine.

You may also be open to multi-swap - whereby each tenant can explore & move to a home they want - when, for example, you would enjoy B's home, yet B likes C's and C wants yours?
For instance: If the tenant of a home you'd enjoy would only swap to or within Brighton area you could still get to move to that home without yourself wanting to move here - if I like your home & they like mine.

I'd prefer well-resourced, pleasant central London location (e.g. adjoining a tube station, park and body of water), and to have home in characterful housing thereabouts. I think, for instance, of somewhere between Westminster and Paddington stations.
