WHAT WE HAVE
I have a 3 bedroom council house in Enfield EN3 in a quiet cul-de-sac. The house has a front and back garden, driveway and garage, double glazing, upstairs bathroom and a downstairs toilet. New roof, new central heating have already been installed, very close to primary and secondary schools with GP's at the end of the road. Lidl is a 10 minute walk from my house and Enfield Lock station is a 5 minute walk away which gets you to central London in 15 minutes.
We are looking for a 3 Bedroom COUNCIL HOUSE
Most areas considered OUT OF THE LONDON AREAS as we are looking simply for a fresh start.
