Large living room with an electric fire feature, a big double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and cupboard, plus lots of natural light from south-facing windows in the living room, bedroom, and kitchen.

The kitchen has great storage, including a built-in pantry, and there’s an extra storage cupboard in the living room with shelves and a clothes rail. The bathroom has additional storage under the boiler too.

The flat has lovely views of the Millennium Bridge and riverbank lights — beautiful at night. Only a five-minute walk to the River Tyne, with buses to the whole North East and metro lines direct to South Shields beach. About 20–30 minutes’ walk to the city centre: calm riverside living but close to shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

Good, fast WiFi, friendly neighbours, secure entry and lift. Great for someone wanting a spacious, well-located home with lots of storage and natural light. Best suited to someone without mobility needs and who’d enjoy adding their own decorating touches.
