If I could pick this flat up & move it near to a forest I would. This ground floor flat has been lovingly decorated throughout, with new flooring.

I have a small, charming private back garden with new fencing & a shed to the rear of the property, accessed via the front door & down some stairs, so not suitable for wheelchair users, sorry.
The front garden is communal but I am the only person who maintains it - neighbours aren't interested in it.
