I have a three double bedrooms and large kitchen with two balcony front and back, I have a court yard where kids can play and only two minutes to play center, primary schools and secondary schools. Park and Westfield only 5min away. I live near Avondale park, Latimer station, shepherd bush, Notting Hill and Holland Park all 10min walk. I am for a 3 way swap and I need around w10 or w11 area.
