I have a 3 Bedroom house in derker, Oldham OL1 4LY and wanting to swap for another 3 bedroom house with a downstairs toilet in the following areas:
Hollinwood
Chadderton
Failsworth
Werneth
My house has 1 single bedroom and 2 double bedrooms
Landlord is FIRST CHOICE HOME'S OLDHAM
RENT IS: £115 PER WEEK
There is 4 local school's nearby including a park. Tesco and B&M all 5mins away and so is the metrolink tram stop. All with in walking distance.
I am in the middle of doing the house up. Kitchen has just had new flooring put down and decorated. Living room is done and just had laminate flooring put down. Upstairs will now be getting sorted.
Needing to move ASAP due to health issues and wanting to be near family.
