Theres also a water tap out the back and a back gate leading to a area you can store bikes ect.

Im looking for a bigger 2 bed or preferably 3 bedroom house or bungalow (no flats) and no estates. preferably under occupancy but will pay room tax if needed in broadstairs or ramsgate other areas will be considered must have bath with shower, preferably a downstairs wc, garden and parking.
