My house is on a quiet residential street. The neighbours are great and there if you need them to be. It has gas central heating and double glazing. There are butchers, Tesco, Lidl, bakers, cafes all within a couple of minutes walk and green open areas for dog walking or having a walk.

Upstairs I have two double bedrooms and an added bonus of a small box room (approx 6 x 6) which is ideal for nursery, storage or a study. This is not classed as a bedroom by the landlord. Bathroom/toilet are also upstairs. I have a large loft which I have semi-boarded up for storage.

Downstairs I have a living room, separate dining room and galley kitchen leading out to a nice sized garden which is not overlooked and has a large pear tree at the bottom. I have the railway line at the end of the garden as well.
