Description
What I have:
2 double bedroom street property in NW5, located on the lower and upper ground floors.
Good sized living room and kitchen on the upper ground, with bedrooms, bathroom and entrance to garden on the lower ground. Garden is very big and sole use - 2 levels, a large patio area with stairs leading up to a lawn area with decking. Currently redecorating the whole property.
What I want:
We are a growing family, so looking for more space - ideally a 3 bedroom.
If a 3 bedroom, we are willing to give up our garden for our own entrance.
If a 2 bedroom, it would have to be larger than we have now and have some outside space (or own entrance).
We prefer older style street properties, or potentially new builds.
Decoration is not important.
Looking to stay in Camden or very local.
