I have a two double bedroom property, Victorian house conversion, top two floors, own iron balcony which leads to own courtyard. 5 minutes walk to Angel tube station. Looking for 1 bed (2 bed if under occupancy allowed) in SE9 area, Chislehurst, parts of Bromley, Eltham or New Eltham.
Alternative option looking for three bedroom property in SE6 or SE9 as part of a three way swap.
No lifts or blocks of flats please.
