Home Insulation

Description

RJ Insulation install 2 types of insulation service.

A Cold Loft in pre 1920's traditional or listed properties:
Many owners of older properties are familiar with the importance of breathability and using breathable natural fibre insulation (NFI). There are many additional reasons for using insulation made using materials such as sheep’s wool which we will happily take you through during our visit.

A Warm Loft in property built after 1920 & before 1979:
SuperFOIL installed at rafter level is today's best insulation solution. It creates an airtight loft thus stopping 92% of current heat escaping to save you money on upcoming bills. RJ Ipswich specifically install our Warm Loft on properties with cavity walls and hand cut roofs. We DO NOT install in post 1970's property with modern stapled, trussed roofs, commonly known as W framed.

Went for a SP40 roof installation a couple months. Very professional and efficient support from the start. Initial discussions/survey with Ron was informative, thorough and friendly. Once agreed the lads came over a week after. They went the extra mile to help w/ reducing heat loss around the house, clearing some found mould in the roof, and were very efficient in and out over two days, and friendly. The attic is much nicer to be in and less cold everywhere!

RJ’s Ipswich loft installation service was excellent, efficient from initial enquiry/visit/survey to installation. Each member staff we worked with were friendly and professional. Their advice was comprehensive, timely visit/inspection and their quotes were accurate when we checked them out. Each part of the job they let us know what they were doing and timeframe. The installation team arrived on time, worked diligently, and kept us informed throughout including videos and left the house spotlessly clean. We would highly recommend RJ’s service.

The RJ Ipswich Team were great communicators throughout the entire process, from quote to on-the-day install. They keep you informed of what was happening and why, showing you the work-in-progess so you know what you're getting. The install team were a really nice bunch, friendly, and helpful. The did a fantastic job, and finished up with immaculately clean house from the 3rd floor down to front door, where they'd transported all the materials. Thanks to all involved - very happy to recommend!

They gave all their credentials, including Which and made great play of this as a trusted trader. I queried the costs of two ceiling hatches and said I'd get them done locally. They wanted £550. In response they dais it was an error and would do them for free. This alerted me so I checked another item of Aerogel board for £550 and found a supplier for a third of the quoted price, so I. duly informed them. I then got a long rant and it ended with they didn't want customers like me. I have since found another supplier. I'm still wondering whether to contact Which. It was a great disappointment.
