What Working with Us Looks Like
1. Initial Meeting – Site Visit
We start with a site visit. It’s essential — without seeing the project in person, we can’t provide an accurate quote.
2. Documentation & Measurements
On-site, we take detailed photos and measurements. We work based on facts, not assumptions.
3. Detailed Quote
You receive a clear, written quote with materials and labour listed separately. No surprises, just transparency.
4. Quote Approval
If you're happy with the price, we agree on the exact scope of work and get everything ready.
5. Preparation
One week before the job starts:
You order the materials and scaffolding based on our quote.
We handle the small supplies (like screws, tape, etc.) and provide receipts for reimbursement.
6. Work Begins
As soon as the materials arrive, we’re on-site and the real work begins.
7. Payments
Labour is paid in three installments:
40% at the start
40% midway
20% upon completion
We don’t take deposits or promise fixed deadlines. We’re honest about what’s realistic.
8. Completion & Handover
When the job is done:
You get a final invoice and warranty,
We ask for your feedback or a reference — it helps our business grow.
