Loft insulation, boarding and loft access specialists covering Essex and surrounding areas.

We carry out everything from insulation top-ups and loft clearances to raised boarding, loft hatches and ladder installs. Most jobs are completed cleanly, efficiently and with minimal disruption.

We take pride in leaving lofts clean, usable and properly finished — whether it’s simple storage boarding or a full loft transformation.

Fully insured and NVQ Level 3 qualified, with completion certificates available for insulation installs on request.

Loft boarded with a new hatch and ladder fitted. Looks a completely different loft now, really happy with it.

Very pleased with the work carried out by Brad at SPACE Loft Specialists. He cleared all the old insulation from my loft, replaced it with new insulation and boarded a small area around the hatch for storage access. Polite, tidy and hardworking. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and I would happily recommend.
