If you’re looking for comfortable and affordable, self-catering holiday accommodation with a home from home atmosphere, then Paradise Villa in Paphos is the ideal choice.

It’s located on the Paradise Gardens IV complex, which is in a quiet and peaceful area on the edge of Kato Paphos, the tourist area of Paphos. It’s the newest and more secluded of the Paradise Gardens complexes. The villa overlooks the pool and there is open countryside beyond. There’s a restaurant and two supermarkets at the entrance to the complex, which is a 2-minute walk from the villa and Bar Street, where most of the bars and restaurants are located, is a 10-minute walk. A local bus service runs to the harbour and market and the nearest bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. King’s Avenue Mall, a brand-new shopping centre in Paphos, is about a 15-minute walk. It has lots of designer shops, restaurants and a cinema. The nearest beach is the Paphos Municipal Beach and it’s less than 1km away (15-minute walk). Hiring a car is not necessary as everything is close by or a short bus ride away.

The nearest airport is Paphos Airport, which is only 15km (9 miles) from the villa and the journey from the airport to the villa takes less than 20 minutes. Larnaca Airport is approximately 142km (88 miles) away and the transfer time is about an hour and a half. Getting to the villa from the airport is simple and straightforward. You can hire a car or pick up a taxi from the airport. Driving in Cyprus is on the left-hand side as in the UK and detailed driving instructions and maps will be provided. Our property manager in Paphos will be on hand in case you have any problems or questions during your stay.

In addition to short-term holiday lets, I also offer long-term winter lets (4 weeks and over) between November and March. The rental price is £255.00 per week for stays of 8 weeks or more and £285.00 per week for stays of between 4 and 7 weeks. Rental prices for long-term winter lets are based on up to 4 people sharing and include all utility bills, Wi-Fi and heating.
