THE ADVERTISED PRICE IS FOR A BIG WEEKENDER, ADULT ONLY BREAK 🔞, FRIDAY - MONDAY.

A £50 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL SECURE A 3 OR 4 NIGHT BREAK.
A £100 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL SECURE A 7 NIGHT BREAK (SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ONLY). Seven night breaks are Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday.
A £100 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL SECURE A BIG WEEKENDER BREAK - ADULTS ONLY! A £200 REFUNDABLE DAMAGE BOND IS CHARGED ON TOP OF THE BIG WEEKENDER PRICES!

We have for hire our 3 bed, 2 bath, 8 berth Willerby Seasons (2022) caravan, situated on the Butlins Resort, Minehead.
We are verified owners on the Direct Holiday Homes website, reference 9350.
All availability and prices are on the web page and if you wish to enquire, click on the contact the owner link to get in touch directly with us.
Direct holiday homes do checks to verify us as owners before they put the web page live.

A £50 non-refundable deposit will secure a 3 or 4 night break and a £100 non-refundable deposit will secure a 7 night break (School holidays only).
We accept payment by installments but the total balance must be paid in full 8 weeks before your stay. Last minute breaks will need to be paid in full and may incur a late booking fee.
Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am. Earlier check-in times from 1pm are available but there is a charge for this.
We also charge a refundable £50 damage bond on the 3 and 4 night breaks and a £100 damage bond on a 7 night breaks. This is included in the advertised prices and will be returned to you after your holiday, if the caravan is left in good condition.
Up to 3 adult wristbands (15 years and over) and up to 3 child wristbands are included in the off peak breaks, 2 (additional wristbands can be purchased from us, should your party/group want to take the caravan up to its 8 berth capacity) and up to 4 adult wristbands (15 years and over) and up to 4 child wristbands are included in the peak prices. The wristbands allow you to use all of the Butlins facilities including the entertainment.
We provide 4 wristbands for the Big Weekenders, extra wristbands can be purchased at cost.
All Back To Minehead - Fatboy Slim, Cream and Shiine Weekenders wristbands aren’t included in the price.
All beds will be made up for your arrival. We do not provide, towels, a bath mat or washing up materials.
SORRY NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CARAVAN AND STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE CARAVAN.
The Beach, Town, Steam Railway and Supermarkets are a short walk from the resort. Dunster Castle, Dunster Village and Exmoor National Park are a short drive away.
