Caravan Holiday at Camber Sands - Feb half term 10% plus off of site prices (other 2026 dates too)

The opportunity to stay in our 3 bedroom 8 berth Gold-grade (Hawkhurst) caravan, in a cul-de-sac location and allocated parking space right outside.

Advertising the half term week in February, either Friday to Friday at £475 all in, or Monday to Friday for £399 e.g. included bed linen, utilities and entertainment passes.

Holiday rental only sorry, no long term lets and no pets. No smoking inside caravan.

Park Dean are offering 3 bedroom units from £535 (up to £895) per week, so getting ours 10% cheaper with the extra benefit of you knowing your pitch/location on site in advance, as well as the added extras below that you do not get renting direct. Passes are included and these are not cheap and are charged per person per break.

Other dates available:
- Easter Saturday 27th March (includes Good Friday) - £599 per week (site cheapest 3 bed £685, 12% off)
- Easter Saturday 4th April (includes Easter Monday) - £675 per week (site cheapest 3 bed £825, 20% off)
- Easter Saturday 11th April - £475 for those lucky enough to have the week after Easter off.

Potential for Easter weeks to be starting on Fridays 28th March and 3rd and 10th April.

- May weeks (excluding Whitsun half term) commencing Saturdays - £450 per week

- Whitsun half term week Friday 22nd May (includes Bank Holiday Monday) - £750 per week (site cheapest 3 bed is £855 per week, or £919 including allocated parking so minimum 12% off vs booking direct. Similar 3 bedroom caravans to our one going for more than £1k that week. Crazy. Why pay more?

- Other June weeks commencing Saturdays 6th, 13th, 20th - £475 per week

- Early July weeks from Saturday 27th June, 4th and 11th July - £575 per week including passes.

Our Caravan:
Premium pitch with own parking. A £200 deposit secures the booking and refunded at the end of the break. To guard against damages etc, not had to withhold any. No smoking inside and no pets permitted.

Our caravan is 12 foot wide (std ones 10 foot), 36 foot long, has double glazing, gas central heating, 32 inch LCD freeview TV, 3 bedrooms (plus double sofa bed in lounge), private parking, is on a premium pitch in a quiet cul-de-sac location of circa 20 caravans (mainly owners), has a main bathroom plus second toilet.

Camber Sands site/complex:
This is located directly opposite 7 miles of the award winning Camber Sands beach and is ParkDean Resorts flagship site in the South-East, with over 1,000 caravans.

This however is a stones throw away from the beach and is tucked away in a mainly owner-occupied cul-de-sac so away from the din and the noise.

Added extras that you won't get direct. We aim to discount the site for all school holiday/peak breaks (Sat-Sat) but cannot do this for weekend breaks as they often give very cheap prices, knowing you will spend lots on food, alcohol and activities.

Plus it costs ParkDean nothing to issue passes, whereas we (well you) have to buy them to enter the swimming pool, play bingo and to enter the club/entertainment facilities of an evening. They also now charge for ents passes per person (used to be £70pw per caravan) so can cost us up to £200pw depending on numbers of guests and mix of adults and children.

We have not increased our prices to fully re-charge the increased cost of passes so still remain very competitive. Just be careful when comparing prices, private or via agencies, as often just for caravan rental then a big shock when you look to buy entertainment passes.

Activities to do onsite:
The site had a £2m plus revamp over the past 3-4 years, with a new outdoor splashpark, new activities (High Ropes*, Park/Play areas), a refurbished Bar/Restaurant (the Boathouse) plus a refurbished Showbar.

Other activities include the Bear Grylls academy* (Summer), Hoverboards, Adventure Bugz*, Zorbing*, Football academy*, Wipeout*, Kayaking* etc on top of the swimming pool complex. Lots of pool and Showbar activities are included as part of the Entertainment Passes – especially for the younger kids - but some activities* do have a local fee payable (do be careful with some private bookings as Ents passes not incl and the cost is considerable so fine to book elsewhere, just ensure you are comparing like-with-like).

Deposit is to protect against damages and/or late cancellation where we have to re-let at a discounted rate. Deposit refunded at the end of the holiday. Not refunded if cancel and we cannot get the holiday re-let at same price. Not had to do this to date.

Full holiday cost payable by bank transfer. This is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday commencing and in addition to the deposit, which is returned at the end of the break. We have not had reason to withold any deposits to date.
