We are selling our lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom timeshare villa at the Scandanavian Village Resort in Aviemore situated right in the heart of Aviemore - next door to the Macdonald Resort.

Fees for 2026 have been paid already.

The Villa that sleeps up to 8 people, Villa 11 - week 8 every year (usually the last week in February with a Saturday - Saturday check in and out), great for any budding skier / snowboarder, with the Cairngorm Mountain right on your doorstep.

Check-in dates for the next 5 years are:-

2026 - 21st Feb
2027 - 20th Feb
2028 - 19th Feb
2029 - 24th Feb
2030 - 23rd Feb

(Think the calendar goes up to 2057 but Ill not post all those dates here - the buyer will have access to these).

You are able to use the gym, swimming pool, soft play and cafe facilities at the neighbouring MacDonald Resort next door - for a small fee. I also have a 30% promo code for the ice rink, which we have used many times, again this is just across the road.

You are also allowed to swap your week, rent it out or gift to a family member so there are options available.

Paperwork, Emergency Numbers, FAQs, General Information and Handy Hints can easily be sent to the buyer before purchase.

It is a beautiful well kept resort in the heart of Aviemore with an abundance of activities for the whole family (Cairngorms ⛷️ Cairngorm Reindeer 🦌 Loch Morlich 🌊 Landmark 🎡 Aviemore Karting 🏎️ Highland Wildlife Park 🐻‍❄️ being just some of our go to places).

Unfortunately we are no longer able to attend our timeshare weeks due to change of work commitments.

£150 would be the one off fee price for the sale of the unit (price negotiable). Resort fees are £400 for the year and paid direct to Scandinavian Resort. As stated, all fees for this year 2026 have been paid.
